After opening his shop in downtown Auckland in 1988, Graeme Thomson relocated his shop to nearby Parnell in 2009.
Parnell is an important colonial village located 5 minutes from the CBD. It boasts fine cafes and art galleries, leafy cobblestone lanes and courtyards, and of course, Graeme Thomson Antique Jewellery.
It is here that you will find exquisite examples of antique jewellery. Each piece for sale is selected by Graeme and is purchased for its quality of design, condition, wearability, and price.
After graduating from Auckland University School of Fine Arts, Graeme worked overseas and within New Zealand in the design field. It was this background that gave Graeme his expertise and fine eye for collecting jewellery.
Graeme has exhibited at national antique fairs in the UK, held a stall in Portobello Road, and exhibited in Beyreuth in Germany during the Wagner Festival.
His pieces are sought after for private collections, hired for movie and TV productions, and purchased by young and old to love and wear.
The jewellery is sold in good condition, and all stones are tested in an independent laboratory.
We welcome you to visit Graeme’s store to browse and perhaps try on some of his beautiful pieces.
